A Sleek, Jazzy Dining Room Inspired by Local Eatery Cucciolo Terrazza

We are thrilled to unveil a dining room inspired by the essence of Cucciolo Terrazza for the SPEC house— a conceptual digital home designed and inspired by the local businesses that we know and love here in Raleigh.

Cucciolo Terrazza’s ambiance, characterized by chic vibrancy and genuine hospitality, serves as the muse for Noble Studio's design concept. The dining room will evoke feelings of elegance and excitement, offering guests an immersive experience reminiscent of the restaurant's lively atmosphere.

Q&A

  • Cucciolo Terrazza embodies modern Italian dining with a touch of sophistication and warmth. We craft each dish with care and precision, celebrating the rich heritage of Italian cuisine while embracing innovative culinary expressions.

  • We want to evoke feelings of elegance, excitement, and genuine hospitality. From the moment guests step through our doors, we aim to create a lively atmosphere where they feel welcomed, indulged, and delighted.

  • If Cucciolo Terrazza were a person, their personality would be chic, vibrant, and inviting. They would exude confidence and creativity, while also being approachable and gracious.

  • Black and white; reflecting our modern and elegant aesthetic. We also embrace pops of gold and green. These colors are timeless and versatile, allowing us to showcase our culinary creations and hospitality in a visually appealing way.

Design

To capture the personality of Cucciolo Terrazza, we carefully curated a palette of black and white, accentuated by pops of gold and green. These timeless colors reflect the restaurant's modern flair and provide a sophisticated backdrop for showcasing culinary creations and hospitality.

Incorporating large abstract greenery brings the natural beauty of the outdoors inside, enhancing the overall ambiance and creating a seamless connection with nature. This design choice aligns with Cucciolo Terrazza's commitment to sustainability and organic living.

The design elements selected for this project include an elm wood cane rattan seat and modern wave chair, which blend comfort with style.

The polished marble mosaic tile adds a touch of luxury, while the bold gold mirror and dark moody wallpaper create a sense of drama and intrigue.

The ivory resin dining table serves as a centerpiece, inviting guests to gather and indulge in a dining experience that is both memorable and enjoyable.

“Compelled by our obsession with creating a sense of place and mood rather than just making a pretty room, we are endlessly pursuing the alchemical magic that comes from turning thousands of technical decisions into something profound.”

— Kate Haynes, principal designer
